End-of-Service notice – Knox Premium (SDS IAM&EMM)

Dear valued customers and partners,

Thank you for using Knox Premium.

This is the final notification for Knox Premium End of Service.

As previously announced, the Knox Premium service will cease entirely on June 30, 2020.

After June 30, 2020, both the Knox Premium admin portal and user portal will be inaccessible, and no data will be backed up. It is necessary for all customers to unenroll all devices in Knox Premium services before the service is terminated. Upon end of service, technical support also will not be available.

Thanks again for your interest in Knox Premium service, and we hope you enjoy our new service called Knox Manage.
