Changes to the Data Processing Agreement [Version 1.2 -> 1.3]
Effective Date: May 9, 2025
Our revised DPA includes a new clause in 13. General Terms:
"13.4 We may amend this Addendum at any time. Any amendment to this Addendum will be posted at https://www2.samsungknox.com/en/data-processing-agreement and you shall be notified by email. Unless otherwise noted by SAMSUNG, such amendments shall become effective 30 days after posting on the website and notifying you by email. Your continued use of the Knox Service following the effective date of any amendment to this Addendum shall constitute your acceptance to the terms of this Addendum, as amended. If you do not wish to accept the terms of this Addendum (as amended) you must immediately stop using and accessing the Knox Service prior to the effective date of such amendment. We last amended this Addendum on the date listed at the beginning of this Addendum."
