With a recent update, the Knox Managed Service Program now provides controllability of Knox Manage, which means the MSP can fully handle a customer’s device life cycle with Samsung’s Knox Suite package.

Knox Suite is bundled with Knox Mobile Enrollment, Knox Manage, Knox E-FOTA, Knox Platform for Enterprise and Knox Asset Intelligence (coming 2022).

For flexible license management, an MSP can use a license* for sharing with multiple fully managed customers (no access). At present, available services for license sharing include Knox Suite, Knox Manage, Knox E-FOTA and Knox Configure.

If a customer has Enterprise Edition devices, having a Managed Service by Knox solution experts is one of the best options for a secured and productive IT environment, as 1 year of Knox Suite license comes bundled with it.
