New users can now sign up with Samsung account for Business to manage Samsung Knox accounts securely and at scale. With it, you can oversee your account’s entire lifecycle and simplify user authentication and sign in to Samsung Knox cloud services.
2. Approve devices in one click in the Knox Admin Portal
A new UPLOADS tab on the Devices page provides a comprehensive view of devices uploaded from all sources. This includes reseller-uploaded devices, which can now be approved with a single click, eliminating the need to switch between different Knox service consoles.
3. Create all-in-one device reports with Knox Asset Intelligence
The new Dynamic Data Export (Labs) feature lets you generate customized reports containing different combinations of data insights, catered to your specific business needs. Say goodbye to viewing different insight data separately. For example, you can now view all this data in one report:
- Low battery events
- Network data usage per application
- App abnormal events

- Stay productive with auto-updates: With the new Firmware auto download over Wi-Fi policy, devices will now automatically download the latest firmware as soon as they connect—saving admins time and keeping users productive with minimal disruptions.
- Save money with custom wallpaper reminders: Admins can now apply fixed wallpapers to users’ screens to maintain consistent branding or display payment warnings that stay front and center for timely follow-up.
