You could be the biggest security risk to your company, Samsung Knox’s Nick Dawson told CNN Europe in an interview on Nov. 1.
The director of Knox Strategy and Business Development was featured on the channel’s Tech Talk program and spoke with anchor Ana Maria Montero about future trends in the mobile security industry. One of the biggest threats to a company’s confidential data, he says, is the company’s employees.
"And not out of any malicious intent," Dawson says. "They’ll click on a random link they got, or they’ll download an application to their phone or computer that hasn’t been vetted by their IT department. They make silly, uninformed decisions sometimes which can lead to threats getting through the firewall of an organization and penetrating the organization."
