ThaiBev implemented a productivity improvement initiative using mobile technology. They deployed a Sales Force Automation (SFA) solution that was able to integrate with their ERPs to enable its salesforce to operate more efficiently and reduce data inaccuracy.
Samsung Knox allowed ThaiBev to lock down Samsung tablets and transformed each tablet into a SFA mobile kiosk, allowing the user to access only the apps and data they are authorised to, thus improving staff productivity significantly. At the same time, Samsung Knox enabled location tracking of the device at all times. With the use of mobile SFA, ThaiBev was able to improve productivity of its sales force significantly while achieving cost reduction through simplification of manual processes.
