Samsung Knox platform 3.2 has been rated in Gartner’s latest report comparing mobile device security and platforms.

Knox platform 3.2 received 27 out of 30 “strong” ratings in Gartner’s May 2019 “Mobile OSs and Device Security: A Comparison of Platforms” report. The complete report, which aims to aid security and risk management professionals through analysis of popular mobile devices and operating systems, is available to Gartner subscribers.

Knox platform 3.2 also received “strong” ratings in all Corporate-Managed Security categories in the report. We believe this highlights Samsung’s industry leading position in categories such as:

  • Authentication Methods
  • Encryption Management
  • Workplace Isolation
  • Jailbreak/Root Protection
  • App Monitoring and Control
  • Secure Remote Access
  • Policy Management
  • Remote Health Attestation

Knox platform 3.2, released in August 2018, focused on two industry needs: granular device management and frictionless deployment. Knox platform 3.3, released in March 2019, is the latest available version.
