Over the past year and a half, our focus has been simple: converting customer reviews into environmental restoration efforts. Through two major campaigns, Samsung Knox customers like you have helped us achieve a rating of 4.4 out of 5 stars!

More importantly, each eligible review has been transformed into a meaningful opportunity to support global ecosystems. Read on to discover what we’ve accomplished together!

Review to reforest

In 2025, Samsung Knox partnered with ReviewForest to support the planting of 800 trees across Lamu County and the Mau Forest Complex—two critical regions sustaining Kenya’s ecosystem and local communities.

  • Lamu County: Mangrove forests help protect coastlines from flooding and erosion while creating habitats that nurture biodiversity.
  • Mau Forest Complex: As Kenya’s largest water tower, the forest captures rainfall and feeds rivers that sustain farms, wildlife, and surrounding communities.
  • More than trees: Planting trees is great, but the human element matters just as much. Through planting partner, Eden: People+Planet, ReviewForest works directly with local communities to create fair-wage jobs. It’s a community-led approach that respects local knowledge, honours cultural traditions, and protects sacred sites.

Comments for corals

Most recently, we launched our next campaign: 1 review for 2 corals. We chose corals because these incredible ecosystems are among the most vulnerable to climate change and human activity. Even though they cover less than 1% of the ocean floor, they do some heavy lifting, such as:

  • support approximately 25% of all marine life
  • provide food and shelter for marine species
  • protect coastal communities from waves, storms, and flooding

Turning the tide: By partnering with The Coral Planters, Samsung Knox supported the planting of 200 coral fragments across four underwater nursery frames in Indonesia. These frames act as a foundation for new reefs to grow, creating healthy habitats where marine life can thrive.

Thank you to every Samsung Knox customer who took the time to share their experience. Your feedback does two things at once: it helps us keep improving our products, and it funds vital work with partners who care deeply about protecting the planet.

What started as a simple request for reviews grew into something much bigger—new forests growing, coral reefs developing, and a real impact across both land and sea.

REVIEWS: Take a look at what others have said about us on both Gartner and G2.
